Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EdgeScope website at edgescopepro.com and the EdgeScope application (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

EdgeScope is not financial advice

EdgeScope is an analytics and journaling tool. It is not a broker, not an exchange, not a registered investment adviser, and not a commodity trading advisor. Nothing produced by the Service — including edge summaries, regime reports, ScopeSize position sizing, or any statistic, ranking, or suggestion — is a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument, or personalized investment advice.

Every trading decision you make is your own. You are solely responsible for your trades, your risk, and compliance with the rules of your prop firm, broker, and jurisdiction.

Risk acknowledgment

Futures, options, and leveraged trading carry substantial risk of loss and are not suitable for every investor. You could lose all of your initial investment, and in some cases more. Only risk capital should be used for trading. Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results. Any performance figures shown on this website or inside the Service, including hypothetical or illustrative figures, come with the limitations described in our footer disclosures.

Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep it current.
• Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
• One account per person. Do not share, resell, or transfer access.

Plans, billing, and refunds

EdgeScope is offered as a single subscription, billed either monthly or annually in advance, and it renews automatically until cancelled. Cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and there is no lock-in.

We offer a 30-day refund on a first subscription, no questions asked, on either billing period. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; a price change never applies to the billing period you have already paid for.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the source code or models behind the Service.
• Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service or its output without written permission.
• Upload data you do not have the right to upload, or another person's trading records without their consent.
• Interfere with the Service, probe it for vulnerabilities without authorization, or circumvent rate limits.
• Use the Service to break the rules of your prop firm or broker, or any applicable law or regulation.

Your data and our license to it

You retain ownership of the trading data and journal entries you bring to EdgeScope. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and analyze that data solely to operate the Service for you. We may use aggregated, de-identified statistics that cannot reasonably identify you or your account to improve the product.

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Third-party connections

The Service can connect to prop firm and broker accounts on a read-only basis. Those platforms are operated by third parties under their own terms, and their availability, accuracy, and data formats are outside our control. EdgeScope cannot place trades or move funds on your behalf.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, text, and the EdgeScope and ScopeSize marks, is owned by EdgeScope and protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own trading while your account is in good standing.

Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, with notice where the change is material. Market data and reports may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable, and should never be your only input before the open.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty as to accuracy, completeness, or profitability. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EdgeScope is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, lost accounts, failed evaluations, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars, whichever is greater.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EdgeScope and its officers, employees, and contractors from any claim or demand arising out of your use of the Service, your data, or your breach of these Terms.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, or if required by law. On termination your licence ends and we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity — survive termination.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, unless applicable consumer law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.
